Rojan Australia PTY LTD Acceptable Use Policy

Rojan Australia Pty Limited and its related entities (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) (Rojan) provide to businesses and consumer users a variety of information technology-related products, including internet access, web hosting, website development, networking and maintenance and support services (each a Service and collectively the Services).

This document defines the circumstances and the terms and conditions upon which the Services may be used (Acceptable Use), with a view to ensuring the integrity, security, reliability and privacy of the Rojan network, systems, products and services (Rojan Network).

For the purposes of this document, a Customer is any person or entity that purchases, uses or receives a Service from Rojan. Every Customer must comply with this policy. The following activities constitute violations of this policy, an abuse of the Rojan Network and are practices that are prohibited (Prohibited Activity):

1. Illegal Use. Using the Services to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that, intentionally or unintentionally, violates any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any applicable rules or regulations.

2. Threats. Using the Services to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.

3. Harassment. Using the Service to transmit any material (by email, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another.

4. Fraudulent Activity. Using the Services to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items or services or to advise any type of financial scam such as a “pyramid scheme”, and chain letters.

5. Spam. Sending unsolicited commercials, messages or communications or unsolicited bulk email in any form or any activities that have the effect of facilitating unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email whether or not that email is commercial in nature.

6. Forgery or Impersonation. Adding, removing or modifying any identifying information (including any network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead or attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information.
