Helpdesk Services

Our helpdesk is available from 8.00 am – 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday. 

After hours support is covered until 8.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Additionally, for customers requiring extended helpdesk services after hours a paging service is available which covers between 8.00 pm – 8.00 am the following day.

Our helpdesk team is covered by Level 1 and Level 2 support technicians that are able to diagnose and fix small problems to making changes to firewalls and advanced configuration to network equipment.
